Luis Napoleon Pinzon, M.D., F.A.A.P.  

Dr. Pinzon is the Medical Director of Bayside Pediatrics. He started his private practice in April 1993 and has been practicing in Tampa Bay area since 1989.

He received his Medical Degree from the University of Medicine & Pharmacy in Romania (1981). He then returned to the United States and completed his Pediatric Residency at Staten Island Hospital in Staten Island, New York where he was also the Chief Resident (1989).

Dr Pinzon is board certified by The American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Pinzon is fluent in English, Spanish, Romanian, and Italian.

Dr. Pinzon is married with two children and on his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, and traveling.

Marilyn O. Preston, M.D.

Marilyn O. Preston, M.D.  

Dr. Preston joined Bayside Pediatrics in June 1998 and has been practicing in Tampa Bay area for over 20 years.

She received her BS degree (1974) and Medical Degree from the University of Minnesota School of Medicine (1978). After graduating, she completed her Internship with Polk General Hospital in Bartow, Florida (1979). She then moved to the Tampa Bay area to complete her Pediatric Residency with Tampa General Hospital through the University of South Florida (1982).

Dr. Preston is board certified by The American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Preston is married with three children, which she home schools. She is active with her church and enjoys reading, movies, and traveling.

Guadalupe Samper-Acosta, M.D.

Guadalupe Samper-Acosta, M.D. 

Dr. Guadalupe Samper-Acosta recently joined Bayside Pediatrics, Inc.

She received her BS and Medical Degree from Universidad de Cartagena, Colombia (1970). Later she moved to the United States (1974) alongside her husband, a physician as well, and successfully completed her pediatric residency at St. Agnes Hospital, an affiliation of the University of Maryland. In 1979, her first and only daughter, Sandra, was born. Shortly thereafter, the young family decided to return to Colombia. Dr. Guadalupe Samper-Acosta has been practicing abroad out of her private pediatric practice. She became Professor of the Department of Pediatrics of the Universidad Libre, Barranquilla, Colombia and the chairwoman of the Department of Pediatrics at the same university (1993).

Dr. Samper-Acosta is board certified by The American Academy of Pediatrics.

On her free time, she enjoys sewing, reading, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Williams joined Bayside Pediatrics in July 2009.

 She received her BS degree from University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana (2002).  She then moved to Chicago and received her Medical Degree from Stritch School of Medicine Loyola University Chicago (2006).  She moved to Tampa Bay area to complete her Pediatric Residency at the University of South Florida (2009).

Dr. Williams is married and enjoys running, sailing, golf, and participating in mission trips.

 

Carlos M. Tang Yui, M.D.

Carlos M. Tang Yui, M.D.  

Dr. Tang Yui joined Bayside Pediatrics in January 2007.

He received his Medical Degree from the University of San Martin de Porras in Lima, Peru (1993). He moved to Puerto Rico to complete his Pediatric Residency at Saint Lukes Episcopal Hospital, where he was Chief/Senior Resident (2006).

Dr. Tang Yui is fluent in English and Spanish.

Dr. Tang is married with two children and he enjoys jogging, weight lifting, walking, and collecting die cast cars.
